a lesson in expanding vs down sizing

When times are tough I notice most people down size, or slow down, or reduce or flat out quit.

I read somewhere, and honestly can’t remember the book, about how the greats always expanded and created when times were tough, while the other 95% down sized or shut down.

Take now for instance, this endless talk of a recession is causing many people to change the way they live, the way they do business, etc.

Instead, people should always be in a mode of creation so they can have whatever it is they want.

Same applies to training. Do you want certain results? If so, you must expand, learn more, take massive action and find a way to make it happen.

I am currently in search for a larger facility for my gym in order to create the dream facility I have always wanted. Watch me as I make it happen!

Think about how many times you have turned away or shut down a chance at achieving your goals and dreams.

What is your destiny and what were you born to do? What gives you goose bumps? Go do it!

I am passionate about what I do and I want things so badly I can taste them. Do you apply passion to what you want? Do you have incredible passion inside if you?

Notice all the questions I have asked you. You should do the same. The more powerful your questions are the more powerful your own answers will be.

It’s time to expand and take on all new and exciting things.

Don’t wait….if you don’t act now, you know you’re not anymore motivated than the typical average Joe.

It’s up to you now!
