It’s almost 10 PM on thursday
night as I type this e mail to
you.

Last night, around 2 AM, my baby
girl woke up and was Really
hot.

My wife is a pediatric nurse,
thanks to her, things stay
under control, if it was all
on me, well, it could
start looking like that movie
with Eddie Murphy, ‘Daddy Day Care’.

My daughter was crying and in
lots of pain last night, I
could just tell.

Scariest thing was her fever,
it hit 102 last night.

In a baby, that can be fatal,
it can fry their brain, no joke.

Well, a few years ago, when I began writing about my methods, everything revolved around combat athletes. Through the years, things have changed, and certainly grown…for the better

I now have a much, much wider audience, and the type of athletes who follow my methods are endless, and then we have the hard core strength fanatic.

You are all welcome, and I will be writing here from now on, rather than my old Blog Spot.

2008 is going to bring some very, very BIG things from me. But, I know, I know, everyone says that! Well, here’s a nutshell of what you can expect from me:

- More seminars on my training methods in NJ and around the country.

- The first ever Underground Strength Coach certification. I am looking at mid April and my first date will be finalized very shortly.

- Some heavy hitting strength products that the world has been waiting for, for a VERY long time!
