Never thought I would be training baseball players when I first started, because in the beginning it was only wrestlers….then a few football players…then a few baseball players….now, it’s ALL kinds of athletes coming to The Underground Strength Gym in Edison, NJ to train with me…

Check out these adventures of field training with baseball players….they can be applied to all athletes!

Gymnastics Inspired Field Training Videos

Underground Strength Show # 11 - Trip through the woods

Off on a trip through the woods to see what I can find, see what you can do, and shed some light with my “minute of motivation”.

There are more wild adventures on the way, plus, footage of my battle to beat the trap bar deadlift record at Joe DeFranco’s gym.

Underground Strength Show - Episode # 2

In this episode I give you an inside look at one of my fast paced workouts, and, you’ll see my pasison for the barbell….this entire workout was ALL barbell! Okay, Okay, I added glute ham raises :)

Do you own a barbell?

If not, maybe you need a crappy, rusty barbell with 500 lbs in plates.

I started with 300 lbs in plates and man were those workouts amazing!

The Underground playground assault

Loooong, looong ago I wanted to film an outdoor training DVD and when I finally did it, I moved super slow to finish a big project I had, mainly b/c I opened the gym and wanted to focus like a laser.

 Those who snagged The Russian Lion Deluxe Course got what you see below, now, I know you cna get some ideas just from this short video.

I wanna hear about your outdoor workouts. As for me, I freakin’ love training outdoors, absolutely love it!

The uncomplicated strength workout

Keep it simple, nothing fancy, hit the weights hard, hit em’ heavy, go light when your body tells you to back off, and, if you’re feelin’ like a beast, go ahead and kill the weights…..and I do mean KILL IT!
