robby robinson biceps

My bruddah Jim Wendler is a strong mofo, no 2 ways about it.

I interviewed him for The Underground Strength System and he unleashed info that will transform any weakling into a Beast – ONLY if they put in the work.

I NEVER said getting stronger and adding muscle was easy, it’s NOT.

By the videos below, you can tell Jim KNOWS how to develop a program that builds strength.

After you watch the videos, check out what Jim and I spoke about regarding the development of strength and some old school strength secrets.

Jim and I spoke about how Robby Robinson used to train, and Robby reported that his favorite and most result producing exercises were the following:

- power cleans

- dips

- chins

- sprints in the sand

Can we argue with Robby Robinson, The Black Prince?robby robinson lat spread

I can’t say that I can argue with Jim either, the dude KNOWS strength inside and out.

Jim and I chatted about training hard with the basic core lifts only 2 – 3 x week, and on other days rocking out some Black Prince training, tons of ring push ups, dips, pull ups and sprints or prowler pushing.

These workouts will slap muscle on your entire body in addition to improving your conditioning.

If you can sprint hills or sprint the prowler for repeated sets you will have powerhouse legs and high octane conditioning.

Try supersetting 10 sets of mixed grip chins and dips non stop. Your lats will be on fire even when you’re cranking away on the dips.

In a nut shell, you GOTTA be strong. Strength is your foundation. There is no such thing as a weak dude who is explosive and highly conditioned.

Get stronger and you will:

- pack on muscle

- improve conditioning

- be mentally tougher

Let the foundation begin Bruddahs.

Peace!
