i did this workout 2 x this week already

i try not to do the dips all the time though as they can wreak havoc on my shoulders, rings dips feel better on my shoulders and the ring push ups give me the full range of motion

this is not an easy workout!

I read also about robbys training in Dan Johns book &quot;never let go&quot;. robbys blog (http://robbyrobinson.blogspot.com) is also a good read!

I am also a proponent of doing key exercises like squats and cleans 2 maybe 3 times a week, and on the other days if you have enough gas in the tank, do important things like chins, dips, sprints.
