		<description>Love the single-arm dumbbell row, one of my favourite back exercises. 

Could you do a video showing some bent-over barbell rows with various width of grips? And a range of pullups too? All great for back.

Gym I go to has a great seated row machine (load the plates either side) with 4 different grip widths/angles - fantastic to go heavy and risk of injury is low as you&#039;re seated, with chest braced against a pad in front of you.

I train regularly but I have a question though, and it may or may not be answered, but should the workouts during the week focus on a particular muscle on a day or it doesn&#039;t have to be that way? example like shoulders-Monday, legs-Wednesday and Friday-something else....just something I&#039;m wondering...thanks beforehand</description>

Hope you don&#039;t short your camera out with all that sweat drippin&#039; off ya! 

Great vid and love to see others actually getting sweaty from their workouts. 

Drives me nuts when I see someone working out and they talk how hard they train but they never sweat. Tells me they ain&#039;t workin&#039; out as hard as they think. 

Good to keep a towel handy, at least to dry the face and hands and the equipment when needed.
