Now that&#039;s eating!

Definitely gotta eat if you want to gain muscular weight while you are a teenager or man in his twenties. 

It&#039;s funny you don&#039;t see many well built youngsters any more. They either eat like birds and are rail thin or are piggin out on junk and muffin-toppin outa their jeans.

Especially notice that with the young girls. They almost all of them have little pot guts and muffin- top out of their jeans.

Sad state of affairs.

Oh, for those who don&#039;t know what a muffin-top is: picture a muffin in the little paper muffing wrapper. The muffin spills up and over the top of the paper wrapper. Fat waist, tight jeans, fat spilling over the top of the waist-band...

Great stuff! Loved the vid and the intero!

Had to laugh about the part of guys not eating. You might enjoy this story:

I used to train this kid who was 18 yrs. old. I was 31 at the time.

He never wanted to squat. He hated it! He wanted to bulk up so I was trying to get him to eat and lift heavy, but most of the converstaions went like this:

me: &quot;Ya gotta eat a big breakfast.&quot;

him: &quot;I do, I eat two bowls of cereal each morning!&quot;

me: &quot;Dude, that ain&#039;t gonna cut it! I&#039;m eating 6 eggs, two slices of rye toast, a cup of coffee, one large glass of milk and a large bowl of oatmeal every morning. Ya gotta eat more.&quot;

me: &quot;So what are you eating during the day before we train?&quot;

him: &quot;Well I have two sandwiches for lunch.&quot;

me: &quot;That&#039;s it?!&quot;

That was it. I couldn&#039;t get it through his thick skull he needed to eat way more than that to gain musuclar weight. He wanted to look like Arnold. 

He would constantly dance around when we worked out (i.e. while I was trying to workout and teach him).

 He would pretend he was that nut-job full-split-on- chairs-dude who was always oiled up wearing shorts in his MA movies. The short little dude. 

So when my friend tried to side kick me goofing off, I&#039;d catch his foot everytime and he&#039;d try to hop off the other leg to kick me like the movie stud. I poped him straight on his a** every time. Lol!

Stopped training him. What a waste of time.

If people want to get BIG and STRONG, they have got to eat big and lift heavy. Some people just never catch on.
