Well, I got a handful of e mails from people asking for an extra day so they can use some weekend time to crank out a killer inspiration vid…

I’m down with giving everyone the rest of the weekend to finish up, so go for it, take a few minutes and rock out a beastly vid to motivate the world!

Yes, I said, “the world”…people around the world will see you and what you do and it will inspire them to step it up.

I was inspired, now you have been inspired, and those who watch your video will be inspired, very much like that movie, ‘Pay it Forward’ - it’s the law of 2 or 3, or something like that!?

I tell you, you tell 2 people, each of them tells 2 people, those 2 people tell another 2 people…and before you know it, we’ve created a world wide phenomenon.

Remember, we have the right to pursue happiness….so why the heck not, why wait till we’re old and gray and telling our Grandkids what we WISHED we had done….

Instead, let’s have stories to inspire many lifetimes, stories that get passed down, how YOU did what you always wanted to do, and no matter how big the obstacles were, you never backed down, you went toe to toe with the devil if you had to….

First off, thanks to all who responded to my “personal blog post” late last night.

The responses have been very motivating to me. As you can see, I am very emotionally driven when it comes to training and life in general. If you personally know me, you cna attest to this
I also know that not everyone will be on the same page as I am, and I don’t expect them to.

It does remind me of some very funny instances though, where I was told by a friend and colleague of mine how a big name strength coach was bad mouthing me.
