Training for Gladiators and getting CRAZY Strong

Come to my gym and you’ll see us using many training tools:
- barbells
- dumbbells
- thick bars
- sandbags
- kettlebells
- sand filled medicine balls
- anvils
- stones
- sleds
- ropes
and of course, bodyweight….
But, one thing that has been a huge factor in developing strength and power endurance is the use of two critical training tools and the endless variations that come with them, and these tools are ….…the sandbag and the kettlebell.
The third “tool”, if we can call it a tool, is the use of our very own body.
Many people knock sandbags and kettlebells, calling them a fad or stating that you don’t need them.
It’s true, you don’t “need” them, I can create awesome results with just a barbell, a few dumbbells and bodyweight, but, for training athletes or those who want real world strength and muscle, I would want you ripping into sandbags and kettlebells.
I ripped them today, myself, as did many of our athletes.
These are not gifted athletes who were always explosive, aggressive, agile, mobile and hostile…no, no, no ….they became this way through the aggressive nature of all our tools mixed together and blended into one powerful method.
In fact, our Friday crew is called ‘The Gladiator Crew’.
I saw them training today, their muscles were thick and rugged, they ripped through the sandbags, kettlebells and sleds and man was I feeling the fear that their future opponents will be experiencing very shortly.
I looked and trained nothing like this back when I was competing, these guys would have eaten me for breakfast if we were to meet up in competition.
I believe in sharing, and there are no secrets. This information was learned from other coaches as well as through in the trenches experience.
I want you to get the opportunity to learn these powerful Gladiator methods.
You have to want it more than I do though. Being passionate and motivated beyond belief will take you to the top.
It’s up to you now.

PS - 11 spaces left, this is a rare occasion, which will likely never happen again. Get insider access to The Gladiator Seminar at http://combatgrappler.com/seminars.html
PPS - That pic above…that’s a D 1 Wrestling beast, dragging a sled backwards with 8 plates + a 190 lb wrestler sitting on the sled + a 60 lb D Ball! Yes, we get our athletes insanely F#%$*ng strong!
