Wow, what an awesome weekend this was.

The first ever, USC certification, and it rocked the house big time.

With military and fire personnel, budding Strength Coaches, Fitness Pros running boot camps and High School Strength Coaches in attendance, it was an amazing time.

The ins and outs of my gym and business, A - Z, were delivered. Nothing buts the nuts and bolts, no fancy, complicated stuff.

This was all about kicking ass with nuts and berries, no need for fancy equipment.

The feedback was great and you’ll see some pics and videos on the blog soon enough.

I’m a little hectic now as last night, around 3 AM, we headed to the hospital as my wife was having contractions for a good few hours and the Doc told her to come in asap.

Around 11 AM the contractions stopped and who knows for whatever reason, the Doc felt my wife was not ready and would be better off staying home. So, false alarm, and we’re home again.

The heat and humidity are sending temps past 100 degrees, and we trained in this heat over the weekend as well, it was insanity but noone backed down, ever.

It wasn’t so much the information or the exercises, it was learning the ability to coach effectively and how to put it all together and REALLY make things happen, with an emphasis on speed, NO waiting around for the perfect moment or the for the moons to allign.

Ya gotta be decisive and quick to make success happen.
