I saw some recent pics of him using his own gripper machine, which we now see on the market in various places.

Bruce was not only a work out fanatic, but he was truly a forearm / grip training fanatic.

I have read that Bruce was always working out, especially in between commercials on TV.

I reccomend this all the time as it improves work capacity and keeps the body moving!

Bruce would perform abdominal training, dumbbell wrist curls, push ups and more during commercials.

You can’t argue with his results, and although his workout above is brief, I can assure you it was super intense, which is where most people get lost - intensity.
