Oh man, the weather is amazing today.

75 and sunny, no humidity, just the way I like it.

That means outdoor training for me, and if you’re
smart, you’ll do the same.

I used to take a kettlebell, sled and a sandbag with me
to the park, but lately, I just show up and do nothing
but calistehnics and various sprints and jumping movements.

Nothing is written in stone when I do these workouts, and
following a rigid routine is not for me because of
my work schedule.

I have found some amazing playgrounds behind schools that are never used. They playgrounds remind of the turner halls from the early 1900′s, where people climbed, jumped, pulled, pushed, threw med balls, used kettlebells and performed gymnastics.

Now is the time for you to get outside. I have always encouraged fresh air, as much as possible, even while training, you want open windows, an open garage – open everything and anything to breathe in the fresh air.

At my gym the garage door has been open for weeks now, even when it’s a little chilly, I want the athletes to get fresh air.

George Hackenschmidt, The Russian Lion, encouraged fresh air as I do. He even wrote how the windows should be down while driving or on the bus.

There is something powerful about the air, the sun and mother nature surrounding you while you train. She gives off a powerful energy that your body utilizes to create more energy and strength.

This is why I created the Playground Assault DVD to go along with The Russian Lion Deluxe Program.

Hack would have loved this DVD, and that is why I took his work to the next level.

Now it’s your turn to take advantage of this.

In Strength,

Zach Even – Esh

P.S. – Go see what The Russian Lion can do for you. I’ve been following his methods and my gains are awesome. Don’t let the simplicity of his program fool you, check it out here:
