Got hold of this book a while back and it’s awesome, covers forgotten basics most of us have lost in today’s fancy gyms.
We use the Big Six in our gym everyday and find different ways to add intensity every time, always keeping those muscle growing and getting stronger.
spread the knowledge

Zach your dead on. I have read plenty of reviews of the book and based off what is said the program in that book works period.

What is nice is you can take an absolute beginner and start them on a path to strength and you can challenge the strongest athlete you have in your gym with the progressions outlined in this manual.

Such knowledge, and always so even minded! Paul Wade is real and the information works–period!
I’ve also read the email from the coach who tried to slam CC. The bottom line: he’s a high reps guy, and CC is about building strength, not just reps. Some people won’t like this. They see it as a threat. So what? I use CC and it has healed my injuries and increased mass and strength.
It’s called tall poppy syndrome. CC is now the number one book on Dragon Door. If it had remained a niche thing, nobody would care. The Transformetrics guy seriously slammed the whole idea of prison training when CC came out. Now everyone seems to be doing it, he’s bringing out a “prison bodyweight” book!!
I would advise people take the idea that Wade is fake with a pinch of salt. I read solitary fitness too, and if the author wasn’t famous it would look REALLY made up!
