hi zach

firstly wanna thank u lots for all of the resources u've put out- the info is great,
it's free, and it's quality stuff.

just some feedback on the interview- think you need to spend more time trying to 'draw' things out from dan then 'feedbacking' on how you feel about his work.

To give an extreme (though sadly very prevalent) example- I heard an interview this popular website did with Mike Shinoda of LInkin Park where the interviewer spent 50% of the interview telling Shinoda of HIS own musical background and what he thinks of the music industry and how HE manages his own time/gadgets he has/musical influences. At end of the interview, I did not know anything insightful about Mike, who spent 50% of his time on air 'uh-humming' and just agreeing to whatever the interviewer said.

i'm certainly not an expert on this but if you notice something abut the top level interviewers on TV and radio, they dont spend anything more than 5% of their time talking about themselves- the rest of time is mining good stuff out of the interviewee so the listeners get a fresh picture or completely different insight on the interviewee's thoughts than any other website/book/tv station can supply- which is what attracts people.

just my 2 cents worth as i love your site and would like to see it 'grow'...! :)

The interview was awesome. Just recently I tried working out in one of those spa gym's that you talked about and it just did not work out for me. People there for the most part, at least I believe, do not even know why they are working out let alone know what they are doing. Like you said, my workouts are not always scientific, but I love to put in hard work and work out with the most intensity that I can. People ask me what I am training for. The truth is I train so that I can be in the best physical shape that I can be in. I believe there is nothing better than being physically and mentally strong.

I wish they had some hardcore gyms because I am running out of room in my small apartment for all my weights. Keep up the great work and I look forward to reading more.

Spida, u da man baby, dude, I think it spans ALL age groups, too many people who don't wanna train hard or put in the time & effort necessary.

I'd love this audio to be accessed by high school S & C Coaches or athletic coaches who need to train their teams!

This was great. More people need that kick in the A$$. As you can tell it is late and I'm sore as hell from today but I want to light it up. Now all that needs to be done is get more people, specifically high school coaches to understand the power of this type of training.

Keep Rockin It
