That Prowler ALWAYS kicks somebody’s ass!

I always said, “You gotta be in shape”.

You have to be strong AND highly conditioned.

It always helps.

Great video zach, when i put my clients on the prowler, it wins everytime!!! hahaha. but its cool, because we are making them stronger physically, mentally, and healthier in the process!!
