Z-

Another solid video.

Love your comments in the beginning! I’ve got exercise science education up the wazoo – but one thing that I wasn’t taught, but had to learn on my own, was that book smarts DOES NOT always equal REAL WORLD RESULTS.

Apply, Apply, Apply….Learn how to Apply exercise science to get RESULTS.

My mother could memorize a training book, love her to death – but I’m not sure I want her training me….

Keep em coming Zach!

You’re gonna need some tacky for that stone, big boyeee! I just finished loading mine onto a 48″ platform for 5 x 5. Getting ready for NAS nationals the weekend before Ryan’s Boot Camp. I’ll be bringing home my pro card!

Keep getting “stoned” champ!

Yeah recently i have done a few work outs with only 2-3 movements

I’ve never lifted an Atlas stone in my life, but just from watching you here, and having seen the guys work them in Strongman contests, I think I’d go with the steel-toe shoes. I’ve broken both big toes over the years, doing martial arts, and they take forever to heal.

Love these videos! Great new ideas (new to me, anyway) everytime. I love doing shorter workouts, with higher weights, and really mixing it up. I’m really starting to see results, too, after a couple of months of this new philosophy.

And Zach, I have two daughters, aged 15 and 17. They’re both brainy and beautiful, and it’s getting harder and harder to keep the scummy boys off the property. Just wait! ;)
