Bodybuilding is great, in fact, no matter what tool you use, we are all bodybuilding in one shape or form.

Check out the rest of my workout, where I attack the weights….it’s ALL about passion!

Stay tuned for more adventures in strength!

Wait till you see the garage sale I went to!

Have you used any of these bodybuilding methods yet?

Kill it!

Zach,
I have always preferred to not lift overly strict, too. I just don’t think it works for me to go strict. I would tend to get more nagging injuries when I did. Love the videos. Hella good motivation when I don’t feel like training. I love the no rules way of the underground. Could u come up with a mini blue-print of the type of hardcore bodybuilding your doing now? Take care.

jeremy, i’ll def. get this together

for now, every other day:

1) chest, bis, forearms

2)legs

3) shoulders, tris

4) back

abs and forearms are trained 2 – 3 x week

lots of power wheel work for the abs
