There are Underground gyms all around the world, often hidden in cold garages, dark, dingy basements and sometimes backyards.

While searching for vintage weights at garage sales look what I found..

YO! Is Jay one of the Linden Yard Crew up there in Joy-Zee?

Some of the FL Strongmen go up there are trian with those Beasts Of The East!
