Episode # 39: Bodybuilding with Russian Kettlebells
I just pulled this craziness out of the hat, because contorary to popular belief, this stuff works, and a lot of training works, people just need to work harder with what they use.
Check out this kettlebell – bodybuilding workout, it kicked ass!
Bodybuilding can still be Underground!
Now go grab some heavy kettlebells and kill some Underground Bodybuilding yourself!
Kill it!
–Coach Z–
PS: HERE is where I have been snagging my kettlebells from and they kick ass, Underground approved!
PPS: Let me hear your thoughts on what “Bodybuilding” really is? Post your comments, kill it!

Every body wants to gain muscle fast without being introduced with the basic bodybuilding. But thats doesn’t work cause learning the basic is necessary in every course of action without that nothing can be achieved .
Thanks for the review

It looks like you prefer iron handleballs to bosu balls (and bars) for instability.
I am looking for instability from kettlebells, too. Seated(“mill press”) and bench and inclined with kb’s, you get instability to work with there. Instability with iron handleballs builds bodies.
Andrei Kuzmin shows french curls with kb’s. They would work sitting, bench, inclined, too.
