		<description>Zach, That is hilarious. I was just  thinking of when I was young, and a bodybuilder, I would use straps for all my back work, chins, rows, deads, and then after bies I would do forearm work. Now I just  shake my head.</description>

		<description>One of my favs is where I grab a straight bar and while keeping my hands in front of me and maybe 8-12 inches apart i walk the bar through my hands from end to end. It kills the hands and forearms and pumps em up like CRAZY!!!!</description>
