Very interesting and yet simple stuff Joel advises below regarding food combining and getting ripped while still being able to pound away the food.

Without having to say this, well, let me remind you, you best be training like a Gladiator if you plan to eat like one!

Pay attention because Joe speaks about what foods you can and can not combine together and he explains it in a easy to understand way.

Watch this video on Joel’s fat loss and muscle building tips…

I have used carb manipulation when I was a bodybuilder and it was insanely effective at burning fat and shedding unwanted pounds super fast – no joke! I’ll detail this later on.

I’m gonna test drive Joel’s reccomendations above and will keep you posted.

Feel free to comment here or even add your daily food intake as a comment for others to see!

And, stay tuned because when Joel releases his system on getting lean and mean while utilizing cheat meals there will be a short window of time to snag it at 1/2 off. I’ll keep you posted for sure.

Kill it!

I had viewed a couple of Shelby Starnes posts which reccommended this system. I’ve been following this system for the last couple months while working to drop 30 lbs. To date I have 15 pounds left and have not not felt depleted at all. I’ve been able to keep my inensity high while hitting the weights and the mat.

Thanxs for the Nutrition info! I love to train and recognize that the key to looking ripped is the correct nutrition. Could you please tell the nutritionist to give a couple of examples of meals. Ask him to give examples of what he means of protein with Carbs and protein and fats. Thank you for your time.

Perfect video, just one question. How many calories should we be getting in every meal, I eat 5X a day. I was reading somewhere to not eat over 500 calories per meal, wouldn’t that just leave me at 2500, don’t I need more?
