Gymnastics Inspired Field Training Videos

A few days ago I was on the field with a crew of Baseball players onder the guidance of Paul Reddick.

Don’t think that these vids or the information found inside of them is just for Baseball.

I would use these for ALL athletes.

the info you shared is priceless, and it’s true! everyhting said is easily transferrable to other sports, and loved how you involved rotational training, proper way for pushups and the barrel walk … excellent job man!!! Keep killin’ it!

Hey I say the same exact thing. I hate baseball but these are good drills for anybody to do even if you don’t play sports at all. We all need to be able to move at the drop of dime and change levels in everyday life especially if your 9-5 is like mine:):)

Hey it’s Paul Reddick….Zach whooped our butts…changed the way we think about training. The exercises we did know he added a few things and took them to a whole new level.

Thanks buddy…next trip is to the Underground Gym…
