How to Get Ripped & Burn Fat with "Strategic Cheat Meals"
You guys saw my video last week with Joel talking about food combining and how best to combine foods to rev your metabolism to help you get ripped and burn fat.
Watch this video below on how Joel helps his clients utilize what he calls “Strategic Cheat Meals” to consistently burn fat. Joel details all this BIG time in his Underground Nutrition System HERE (50% OFF until Friday!)
Check the video out…
I do NOT want you to lie to yourself here though. Seeing Joel and I having a cheat meal with Pizza and soda after a hard workout is not a regular daily action.
Joel gives you the exact blue print on how you can correctly and effectively utilize cheat meals to get lean and mean.
I’m sticking to a lean and mean eating plan right now and lowering carbs at night. Keeping things strict until the weekend which is when I often take some day trips, etc with my family and Pizza tends to be the normal favorite during 1 of those day trips.
With my busy schedule though, I might test drive some controlled fasting possibly once a week as well.
If you’re on a mission to get lean and mean then take advantage of Joel’s 50% off special offer which ends soon! Click Here for Info.
Peace!

PS: Back when I was a bodybuilder I utilized Joe’s methods of food combining and carb cycling. I NEVER added a cheat meal back then but wish I did as it would have made things much more enjoyable
PPS: My friend who is a Cop did was Joel speaks about in this video. Monday – Saturday a very tight nutrition plan and on Sunday he chowed down any which way he wanted and he got seriously Ripped! He still follows this plan!

Comments on How to Get Ripped & Burn Fat with "Strategic Cheat Meals"
Great video, I know what i am doing on saturdays now, I’m having a cheat meal.
I usually eat 5-6 days
8am-protein oatmeal with a banana
11am-pasta with turkey ground beef
2pm-Tuna with mash potatoes
4pm protein shake with an avocado sandwich
6pm protein pancakes
8pm cereal
I have a couple of question when you say eat protein with carbs in the morning and protein with fat in the evening I don’t quite get it.
I use milk in my oatmeal and that has fat but it has carbs and protein too.

It’s extremely hard to keep fats and carbs away from each other. Do your best though.
Protein/Carb Meals are likely to be
5g or less fat
Protein/Fat Meals are likely to be
10-15g or less carbs (Fiberous carbs)
Now, I admit… sometimes for breakfast I will have about 4-6 local farmed eggs with two packages of oatmeal.
But usually breakfast is the hardest for keeping those rules together. Afterwards, lunch and dinner will be the easiest.

Phil – your diet is better than 99% of the country, but where are your fruits, where are your vegetables in your diet. Start replacing the breads and pasta with fruits and vegetables, then you will really start seeing results.

I know I really need to start eating more fruits and vegetables, I do eat avocados. Sometimes I make it into guacamole, and put tomatoes, onions, cilantro in it.
how much fruit a day do i need to eat?
I buy strawberries, do i need to eat the whole container?

Phil – I dont know what your specific goals are.. but, in my opinion, I would try to have a serving of fruit after breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you could mix it with protein shakes. Vegetables are key too. I’d snack on them between meals to keep you feeling full and they provide a ton of nutrients. I would add at least 1-2 servings of vegetables at lunch and 2-3 servings of vegetables at dinner (serving is around 1/2 cup). Fruits and vegetables provide a ton of bulk leaving you fuller longer.
