As far as the training goes...Dhani is an ATHLETE and it shows. You need strength, power, conditioning, basic movement skills, etc and you don&#039;t get that from just &quot;lifting weights&quot;.

		<description>You can totally see the raw strength that Dhani has and continues to build. Getting your mind right is something that athletes fail to do sometimes. I notice in the vid that he is training in a not so friendly environment. That&#039;s what it takes to build and shape that warrior mindset. Thaks Z.</description>

I totally agree!

Unless you are a professional athlete who needs to practice and develope specific skill for his sport, I think most are way better off doing a greater variety of things in their training.

Even sport specific athletes can benefit tremendously from using what some view as unorthodox training methods.

Getting strong, fast and tough from such varied training gives a person (athlete or not) a great advantage physically and mentally over others.

I remember trying to get friends to train with me and they would say something like: &quot; If I get too strong it will throw off my jump shot&quot;. Yeah, right, like they had the NBA checking them out.

Get out there and mix it up!
