One of my favorite videos

To this day, the highlight video below has been one of my favorites.

The training outdoors, calisthenics, sledge hammer work, the amazing playgrounds (I have never seen such a playground with tall parallel bars and so many monkey bars in the states!!) and the intensity in Fedor’s eyes.

His training does not take place in optimal conditions or with optimal equipment.

Regardless of all the missing pieces, what he does is damn effective!

To this day, even with a “gym”, our training has missing parts, nevertheless, it is damn effective.

A training program doesn’t need to be perfect to obtain excellent results from, and it never will be perfect.

This doesn’t mean to become satisfied with the status quo, rather, don’t wait for perfection and get on with it because speed and the taking of action are critical in success for any endeavor.

There are no barbells behind Fedor, just a few kettlebells, dumbbells, a sledge hammer, playground / gymnastics equipment and the open road.

Can you give yourself, or others, an ass kicking workout that delivers powerful results with the same tools?

Absolutely.

Do you need to wait for the perfect mix of training equipment? Absolutely not.

Time for you to get rollin’!

In Strength,

P.S. – If you like what you saw in the video, you’ll love what Steve Maxwell and I are going to be showing you at The Gladiator Seminar. Click HERE for more info!
