<p>Sometimes, I feel we train too often, too much. I am going for the minimum necessities that give me the maximum bang for my buck. And today, was one of those days!</p>
<p>Here&#8217;s my workout which lasted barely 20 minutes&#8230;..</p>

<p>1A) Deadlift x 3 reps, except 475 lbs x 2 reps and 525 x 1 rep</p>
<p>1B) handstand push ups x 3 each set</p>
<p>1C) power wheel roll outs x 5 each set</p>
<p>Short, basic and an awesome workout.</p>
