Whether you're a sport athlete or a hard charging lifter, injuries and obstacles will always be popping up on your journey. I am still trying to figure out WHY they happen. Is it all about movement? Because I see some horrific stuff that would destroy my body and those people don't get injured from it. We've all heard the saying, "I've got no time....." We all know, there is truly no such excuse. We make time for what's important and make excuses for what is not.
