The Friday wrecking crew I train at The Underground is truly one of a kind.
They’re ALL getting stronger than a run away freight train, every week, the gains keep coming.
What’s more important is the knowledge they are gaining by training here. This knowledge will stay with them forever.
They’ve been schooled on the right way to train, the most effective methods and tools for the trade, and because of this “education”, they will become better at anything and everything they do.
Why will they become better at Everything?
Our training develops the mind AND body together, into one, powerful, high performance machine. In addition, being strong is something we do not take lightly. They understand that being strong is critical and is to be held in high esteem.
Ironically, I just received an e mail from a friend out West who left his health club because of the horrible atmosphere. Before that, I received a phone call from a Police Officer in West Va. who had just purchased Ancient Training Methods and has been using this style of training for the past 3 weeks.

On April 5th you will have the awesome experience of attending one of my hands on seminars at Notre Dame Prep in South Jersey….in a Bomb Shelter!
Tha’s right, the Notre Dame “weight room” is housed in an old bomb shelter, and the place is HUGE!
There is a turf track, a wrestling mat, a HUGE weight room, endless kettlebells and sandbags and tons of free weights!. On the Football field there are tractor tires and more strongman toys…
Who knows what we’ll use or what we’ll reveal, only you can find out on April 5th.
Space is limited and starting to run low as I’ve just spoken to one of my co-presenters, Pamela MacElree. Her and Jason C. Brown will be tearing up the floor along side of me.
See you soon!

Mind over Matter…
If you don’t mind, It don’t matter.
Put your mind into your training with a NO
fear attitude and you’ll start taking
your training to a whole new level.
Last week many of our athletes were used to
flipping the 400 lb tire.
I then told them how “Curls”, one of our
Beasts was flipping the 600 lb tire with ease.
This sparked some fires within the minds
of our training crew and they began focusing
their attention on the 600 lb tire instead
of the 400 lb tire.
Every single athlete flipped the 600 lb tire
that day.
No matter how hard the battle was, each athlete
wrestled and fought hard to get that tire moving.

There are NO chairs at my seminars because they are hands on. Yes, you MUST learn by getting your “feet wet” or your “hands dirty” – watching and listening to lecture never cuts it.
On April 5th I’ll be presenting a seminar with my close friends on how to use Russian Kettlebells, strongman implements, bodyweight drills, program design, and how to use barbells and dumbbells for immediate gains in strength, power and conditioning.
My bottom line is this: I do not give information that will complicate your life to no end. You will have information that can be applied immediately, the very next day you begin training.
In addition, I tell it like it is, giivng REAL World training methods that work on real people, not book fancy mumbo jumbo yoda talk. Ask me anything and I’ll tell it like it is.
Be prepared for April 5th because the world of strength and conditioning is gonna get rocked, BIG Time!

Above, Valery Jerking a Girl Overhead! NOT easy to press humans over your head!
Over the weekend Valery Fedorenko instructed at my gym on the proper ways of Kettlebell Lifting, just as the sport is performed in Russia. Clean and Jerk, Push Press, Snatch and Swings.
Lots of details go into these 4 exercises – pretty crazy stuff.
The really cool thing was seeing how much of a carry over the KB Lifting had to strongman.
Valery loved all the odd objects in my gym and so he began to play….flipping a 600 lb tire, jerking a 150 lb globe dumbbell, push pressing a 125 lb anvil with ease!
Valery only weighs 180 lbs or so, but his technique on the tire flip was amazing. I have seen 300 lb Football players unable to budge that tire!
I always believed in Kettlebells, regardless of the naysayers who demanded they were a fad. I saw how they taught athletes to be agressive yet efficient at the same time with a loaded object. This is something many athletes are missing.
When you can clean and jerk heavy kettlebells you will quickly see how other full body lifts become easier rather quickly.
Start tearing into them bells!
