		<description>Zach your stuff gets better and better, i am probably in the same category as you. 36yrs old and training for more than i dare say. after reading your story it marries mine to a T. a  back i njury that keeps flaring up. so on Dec 1st i decided the 1 month bodyweight program is the way to go. i am loving it so far, the handstand push ups are killer and blasting my delts</description>
