But Zach, don’t you know that proper hydration during a workout is absolutely necessary for maintaining optimum intracellular pH and southofvaginosmosis?!? And deadlifts should never be done over 200 pounds without a BSBS certified spotter present and deadlifts over 300 pounds should NEVER be done because you’ll hurt your back. Oh yeah, you’ll get slower and less explosive from ripping heavy ass weights off the ground, too.

You’re the man Zach keep doing what you’re doing people like you are (sadly) a rare breed! Thanks for all that you do

Real motivation. Haven’t used my fan or A/C all week thanks to your “Come-to-Jesus” moments Zach. Thank you. I need one of those every once and a while. Gonna be 104 degrees today. I’m thinkin’ sprints and heavy farmer’s walks. Hell yeah.

Love the Trap Bar. Great way to strength the body fro regular deadlifts along with the ability to go heavier.
