Well, a few years ago, when I began writing about my methods, everything revolved around combat athletes. Through the years, things have changed, and certainly grown…for the better :)

I now have a much, much wider audience, and the type of athletes who follow my methods are endless, and then we have the hard core strength fanatic.

You are all welcome, and I will be writing here from now on, rather than my old Blog Spot.

2008 is going to bring some very, very BIG things from me. But, I know, I know, everyone says that! Well, here’s a nutshell of what you can expect from me:

- More seminars on my training methods in NJ and around the country.

- The first ever Underground Strength Coach certification. I am looking at mid April and my first date will be finalized very shortly.

- Some heavy hitting strength products that the world has been waiting for, for a VERY long time!

Hold on tightly, strap on your seat belt and don’t worry about the speed limit! There are NO limits here anymore. Remember, the first rule of the Underground is, “There are NO rules!”
