During This One Day Bodyweight Strength Coach Instructor’s Course,
You Will Learn the Following, All Through A Hands On Training Seminar:

The Key Progressions Towards Bodyweight Exercise Progressions:

During This One Day Bodyweight Strength Coach Instructor Course you will go through a systematic approach towards implementing the following:

1) Mobilty & Warming Up

  • How to best implement a general warm up before a Bodyweight workout
  • How to utilize Mobility & light stretching movements and drills in a proper progression to maximize the effectiveness of the warm up

 

2) Implementing Various Static Holds / Positions / Setting Up For Bodyweight Exercises:

  • Upright, prone, supine, inverted
  • Specific drills to establish better positioning
  • Planche Training
  • Front and back levers
  • Supports Drills

 

3) The Bodyweight Strength Drills, From Proper Set Up, To Execution, To Regressions & Progressions

  • Bodyweight Progression System
  • Push up variations, progressing to one arm push ups
  • Rowing variations
  • Dip variations
  • Handstand Push Up Drills
  • Pull Up Drills Progressing to One Arm Pull Ups
  • Muscle Ups On The Bar & Rings
  • Bodyweight Positions: Curls and Extensions
  • Core & Trunk Movements
  • Squats & Nordic Raises

 

4) How & When To Progress To Explosive Speed & Power Drills

  • Explosive Pushing Drills
  • How and when to kip correctly and safely (keeping shoulders healthy while increasing performance)
  • Jumping Drills / Landing Positions / When Is it safe & the correct time to implement plyometrics & other explosive exercises into an individual’s training program

 

5) Advanced Drills / Bodyweight Only Workouts / Program Design Using Bodyweight Only Workouts, Minimal Equipment & NO Gym

  • Integrated Combinations
  • When is bodyweight training appropriate and how to progress for maximum effect in strength, power, conditioning, athleticism and muscle building
