I've been hearing the same old line since I was a young teen going to the gym with guns blazing.
My friends and the "older guys" in the gym always complained about their lack of motivation.
"I'm just not motivated....."
"I need to train with you. You fire me up...."
"I don't have it anymore....."
The Ultimate Warrior always spoke about OWNING your life by doing your OWN work.
Mr. R, aka Mr. Resistance is always trying to hold you down. He whispers in your ear and tells you that tomorrow is good enough.....
Tomorrow you will go extra hard since you missed today.....
Well, what if the saying, "There is NO tomorrow!" held true....
How would you train?
The only way to take control of who you are and who you are to become, the type of person you MOLD yourself into is to OWN your work.
Motivate yourself.
Count on YOURSELF to do the work.
There is GREAT power in knowing you can count on yourself.
Watch this video, where Ray Jaz takes you inside his OWN Gladiator Gym, where he trained after winning his second title of The Lift STRONG Challenge.....

Ray Jaz is a perfect example of OWNING your life. No fancy equipment needed. Training alone without someone else cheering you on.
We are not perfect. I am not perfect. We do NOT need perfection of any sorts. We need to embrace simplicity and imperfection.
Obstacles will now be seen as opportunities. You must understand this if you plan to break through. If you don't get this, you will break down.
Break through or break down, the choice is yours. Blame no one. The responsibility is on your shoulders.
Your Excuse Is Invalid.

Some people have a greater understand of what holds you back and what makes you STRONGER.
WARRIOR understood Mr. Resistance and Opportunity.

NO need to ask me for the perfect workout either.
I prefer that you follow the IMPERFECT workout performed with consistency, high intensity, aggression and passion.
I get the e mails all the time....
Workouts for a specific sport, concerns about the details that are only holding you back from taking the first step.
Do the WORK.
OWN your life.
