I have shared hundreds and hundreds of videos and podcasts regarding the business aspect of being a Strength Coach / gym owner.
At the time of this writing, I see more craziness in the world, less "job security" for strength coaches and still, many Coaches not diversifying their income.
I've seen enough Coaches get released (aka fired) from their position and then have to uproot their entire family, including children who are mid way through high school. It is heartbreaking to see this, especially when the Strength Coach is great.
