Damn…only way to describe the way this post made me feel: FIRED UP.
Beast it Underground Nation.
I remember the first time I saw this video, it fired me up and made start working a little harder. I am glad to revisit this motivational tool. I need to get busy, thanks for the pump up Zach!
AH-OO!(Spartan War Cry) that was awesome! Gotta dig deep!
Ronnie Coleman has a great line from one of his videos.
“Everybody wants to be a bodybuilder, but ain’t nobody want to lift no heavy ass weight! I do it though!”
I have made some huge changes to my training. Unconventional, but I was comfortable in what I was doing. Not any more!
I am training for a drug free bodybuilding competition, and don’t believe in “cardio” so I carry weights up hills by my house.
The other night I was doing my 1 mile (1/2 mile uphill/downhill) with my 100# bag. I kept switching it from shoulder to shoulder, front/back. I hit the wall at 1/4 to go and I was just about to put it down to catch my breath. And “Return of the King”-300 came on. Must have been my sign because I picked it up over my head, and walked while pressing the bag over my head for the rest of the session.
Whole time chanting “For Glory”. At that time I was willing to die to achieve my goal. That moment has changed my outlook on life and my goals!
Thanks for the great info!
This is bad ass! Thanks Zach! You rock!!
Absolutely, absolutely powerful. Thank you for posting this, Zach. It’s great to see you promote the inner game of working out, not just the obvious outer game of workouts, reps, sets that so many others do.
Really good speach except for one part, all men “are not” created equal, and thats a fact! Other than that, great post.
How bad do you want it! Love the video and the post! Got to take action and make some sacrifices to get better! If you haven’t been to one of Zach’s certs you are really missing out. It sounds cliche, but honestly it is a life changing experience.
-Coach Gaglione.
That got me fired up!!!!
This post was amazing. I gotta question about box squats, What height should the box be(in inches). I’m wondering because I am going to be making a 3 sided box that I will be using for box squats and box jumps and before I make it, I want to be sure what heights I should be using.

Funny how I was watching a number of this dude’s videos on youtube earlier today before I visited your blog. Highly motivational, and full of truths! He has quite a few that are worth re-watching on a regular basis to stay “in the zone.”
