Everyone needs to be in this together to build up our younger generation and make them STRONG!
I know believe everyone should become a Strength Coach and impact their community. Start with The Underground Strength Coach Cert and offer to train up some kids through your garage.
If you have a son or daughter, have them bring their friends to the garage. Teach them farmer walks, jumping rope, calisthenics and Goblet Squats.
Walk or ride bikes to school if you can.
Organize a farmer market in your town.

So true!
Gotta spread the word! JFK said these words in the late 60s! We are far behind and hopefully people start reclaiming their health and strength. There are more gyms and there is more information than ever before yet here we are……
