Motivation For Success

share

Every day I am fired up to succeed and achieve goals. These goals don't ALWAYS have to be intense and competitive. My friend Jason C. Brown spoke about this at The Underground Strength Conference, JUST enjoy the process.....

My goals just might be to chill out and enjoy.

Other times the goals are to achieve specific tasks.

But, in this video, I explain ONE thing I do NOT resist. Watch carefully.....

The foundation of you evolving, growing and becoming a better YOU, or as Elliott Hulse says, "The strongest Version of YOU".....

The foundation for Your growth and succeed is you becoming a powerful, physical BEAST.

  1. Always keep evolving. Wise words Zach. If you stand still for a minute you risk letting the world and life pass you by. Same with workouts. Gotta mix things up else I don’t make the progress I want. I am not afraid of change. I run with it and see where it takes me.

    1. James, GOOD words, my brutha! RUN with it, make it happen!

  2. Thats it, all it comes down to is you vs. you. As you say, don’t hit the workouts to get chiseled bis or impress women. Hit the gym to improve yourself and drive yourself. Evolve!

    1. Hells yea!!! This is when TRUE commitment will happen!!! To look great is a GREAT goal, for some, it might be their BIG WHY, but, for many, it fades and they must eventually dig deeper to discover WHY they are training!

  3. Hey Zach, I think I pulled my groin a couple of days ago playing hockey( I am a hockey player). I iced it for almost 2 days, tried to play again only to have pain while skating, so I immediately stopped. My question for you, is there anything I can do besides icing to make my groin better?..oh and awesome blog post.

  4. No matter what I am trying to achieve I always need to set goals, then attack those bad boys with intensity and consistency. Great post Zac!

    1. Niko!!! NO doubt, brutha!

There is also a strange beauty in goal setting w/out a deadline and enjoying the process IF your mind allows you to work that way

I usually can NOT, and 99.99999% of time need a concrete deadline 🙂
