This was another amazing weekend for me.
Seriously, I am flattered, honored and super impressed with the quaility of bruddahs rollin' up my way to become Underground Strength Coaches.
The next weekend Underground Strength Coach Certification is FAST approaching, October 10th. Sometimes you just gotta say "F**K It!" and sign up, rather than waiting for the next one and the next one.
Not sure if there ever is such a thing as the "right time."

My name is curtis munson i just finished my underground cert with Zach and it was fucking awsome,i wish there was a level 2 because i would be there for that.I never met a guy who has so much knowlege and loves his job and the iron as much as he does beside me.lol.. I came away with all the confidence in the world from starting new people out, to how to warm them up and how to run a business and be sucsessfull doing it.I didnt have the cash to do but i talked to family members who lent me the money and i made sacrifices to go down and learn the underground system. so dont hold your self back men& women go and find away its totaly worth it.
P.S.But stay the fuck away if your from the Sunshine coast,Sechelt B.C. Because i got that shit yo….

thats the stuff, bodyweight, kettlebells, sandbags, heavy lifts, atlas stones, love it. but i didnt see any sled training or tire flipping that suprised me, overall though great vid, thanx 4 the vids coach

Callum – hey bro, I am getting VERY PICKY w/who I let into the license, no more just signing up and paying me.
If someone attends the cert and they kick serious ass physically, with high energy and show a BIGGER than life passion for wanting to open an Underground type gym and want to be part of USC License, I will offer it to them.

I am gonna be dedicated to their success and it obviously won’t be cheap either b/c of all the coaching and marketing.
