Are these influencers simply choosing sides to boost their "likes ad views"? Of course they are. Influencers chase the fads and gimmicks, Coaches tell the TRUTH.
In turn, men of ALL ages are getting weaker and weaker and in turn, getting injured doing trivial activities.

Thank you for saying the quiet part out loud. I learned the Westside Principles after 40 for the programs I wrote for the kids I coach. But by trying then first so I could coach them I opened up a whole new arena for myself to keep going heavy and feeling young.
