Why Men Need a Vision Quest & Comfort is The ENEMY
Events Coming Soon:

7 Days FREE to Gladiator STRONG and Dad STRONG
I say it all the time. ALL the time; COMFORT IS THE ENEMY.
I see how tough people can handle life differently and better than those who lived a life of comfort.
I think about my Dad, who grew up in communist Romania and then moved to Israel, grew up on a Kibbutz and then was in The Israeli Army.......
When my Dad owned his own business and a disgruntled employee threatened my Dad's life and blew up a car in his company parking lot, my Dad never stayed home. He got his carry license and kept showing up.
Life threatened? NO worries, keep showing up.
Today, feelings get hurt from words and "men" talk shit behind someone else's back and act like the housewives of NJ.
Remember the 80s and 90s when someone talked shit? You actually called them out and settled things with your fists.
Lessons shared from the early days and modern day:
-
Early days workouts from my brother's room with old Weider weights and a Soloflex
-
Running as a form of transportation back in the day
-
Training today vs "workouts" you see in the local gym today
-
Influence from Arnold's Encyclopedia
-
5 x 5 strength training and how I wish I trained when I was a high school athlete vs the mistakes I made as a teen (and STILL the mistakes teen athletes make today!)
-
Where athletes are struggling today, physically and mentally
Listen and take Action. And, thanks to the REAL ones who leave a 5 star review!

Below, some throwback videos of athletes at The Underground.
Their work ethic was relentless and we all thought this was normal activity, normal effort. That is what happens when you are around other high achievers, working hard is the NORM!
