Episode # 77: Pissed the F**K Off!

Maybe I've watched The Sopranos too many times, or maybe it's just been 1 of those days.

I take it out on the weights.

WARNING: If you're easily offended or under 18 years of age don't watch this.

 

Just like everyone else I have "those days" sometimes, and the way to make it better is to attack the iron - No Rules, just killin' it.

What do you do when you're 'Pissed the F**K Off"?

    It’s the same with me. Training clears my mind and chases away the demons.

    A long time ago, before I started lifting, I used basketball for the same thing. Just me, a basketball and the hoop.
