This was a GREAT day of training and camaraderie.
When we were finished training, we went to a good ol' Jersey Diner up the road to talk training, coaching and life.
These are the times that we will remember for a lifetime!

You can't go wrong with these simple training tools:
We used heavy dumbbells and kettlebells for the clean and press and rowing.
We pushed our conditioning with the prowler and battle ropes.
These heavy dumbbell workouts were inspired by some of the strongest bodybuilders such as Reg Park as well as George Hackenschmidt.
In addition to bodybuilders and weightlifters of the past, Louie Simmons encouraged heavy dumbbell training for assistance work as well as every 3 or 4 weeks, Louie recommended a high volume dumbbell workout.
GPP, Mass Building and some Toughness all wrapped together!
