How do I cancel my purchase and receive a full refund?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it without hassle within 60 days of your purchase. If you would like to request a refund, please let us know your full name and order number (or email used to complete the purchase.) You don't need to send it back - just delete it from your computer. We'll process your refund within 3-4 business days of receiving your request (Monday through Friday). To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at support [at] zacheven-esh.com.
Are there any costs when requesting a refund?
If you decide not to keep any of the UndergroundStrength Products, there are no costs involved. Many of our products are made available as an electronic purchase so there's nothing to ship back. Any refunds are processed within 3-4 business days of receiving your request and you'll receive a confirmation email that your cancellation or refund has been processed.
If you request a refund from one of our associates for a physical product, they may assess a fee to process a refund. Please review the purchase and return policies of each respective vendor should you have any questions.
Do I have to pay shipping/handling fees?
We don't charge shipping for any of eBooks that are part of the Underground Strength Products. If you order equipment or nutritional supplements directly from our associates, you will be assessed shipping fees by them as appropriate.
