Funny stuff. Man, I am glad your place is not in that neighborhood. I might have had to think twice about coming there in November if it was. You remind me of one of those reporters that go into the war zones alone. Good times.

Great!! About 15 years ago, I was coaching jr. high/high school football and teaching full time – in addition to my personal work-outs. I had also just gotten married and remember coming home one night after a long day to find my wife crying. My day wasn’t complete until after my second daily P.M. work-out(ala Serious Growth-Leo Costa?). I remember her finally coming out with this, “If you were to get a call that I was in the hospital, I think you’d finish your work-out before you came to the hospital!” At the time, I remember thinking (to myself thank God!!), “Hell! I’m no doctor, why wouldn’t I finish my work-out!!
