Bruce "The Dragon" Lee was quite the physical specimen, as we all know this all too well.
I saw some recent pics of him using his own gripper machine, which we now see on the market in various places.
Bruce was not only a work out fanatic, but he was truly a forearm / grip training fanatic.
Check out one of Bruce's workouts below...

I have read that Bruce was always working out, especially in between commercials on TV.
I reccomend this all the time as it improves work capacity and keeps the body moving!
Bruce would perform abdominal training, dumbbell wrist curls, push ups and more during commercials.
You can't argue with his results, and although his workout above is brief, I can assure you it was super intense, which is where most people get lost - intensity.
Don't fear the hard work and check out the latest headways in grip and overall strength development at http://GripExperts.com

THANKS FOR WRITING ON BRUCE HE WAS TRUELY ONE OF A KIND!! THE BEST THEIRE EVER WAS AND WILL BE!! HIS WORKOUTS STAND THE TEST OF TIME AND HE WILL BE REMEMBERED ALWAYS…HE KNEW MORE ABOUT WORKING OUT THAN 90% OF TRAINERS TODAY MAKE SURE TO READ HIS BOOK THE ART OF EXPRESSING THE HUMAN BODY!!
The man was a genuis. Unreal for his size, or anybodies size for that matter. The star that burns twice as bright, burns half as long. This looks like Bruce’s workout that was in an Ironman article about 11 or 12 years ago. I know it goes back alot farther than that. I decided to try it after I finished the workout that I was going through then, and I’ll tell you it works. I did it three days a week and used a different circuit on each day. At thirty eight, faster, stronger, more flexible, kicks and punches smooth and powerful. Worth a try for anyone. I built a gripper like Bruce Lee’s about twenty years ago after an article in Black Belt and off and on worked it hard. It’s obvious why Bruce Lee looked the way he did. His best forearm shot: the one from Enter the Dragon in the fight scene from the end of the movie, in the arena. Unreal.
