Check out my interrogation with Dan John.
I gotta say, guys like Dan John, Coach Ethan Reeve – these guys are amazing coaches, but also a bit crazy. I feel related to them – kinda like we’re from the same mentally crazy Strength Tribe.

Loved it brother and put it on my blog! This should be in every under 25yr old’s home work listen to this and stop being a pussy!
This was great. More people need that kick in the A$$. As you can tell it is late and I’m sore as hell from today but I want to light it up. Now all that needs to be done is get more people, specifically high school coaches to understand the power of this type of training.

Spida, u da man baby, dude, I think it spans ALL age groups, too many people who don’t wanna train hard or put in the time & effort necessary.
I’d love this audio to be accessed by high school S & C Coaches or athletic coaches who need to train their teams!

Great Interview, Zach! Dan’s insights are always right on.
The interview was awesome. Just recently I tried working out in one of those spa gym’s that you talked about and it just did not work out for me. People there for the most part, at least I believe, do not even know why they are working out let alone know what they are doing. Like you said, my workouts are not always scientific, but I love to put in hard work and work out with the most intensity that I can. People ask me what I am training for. The truth is I train so that I can be in the best physical shape that I can be in. I believe there is nothing better than being physically and mentally strong.
I wish they had some hardcore gyms because I am running out of room in my small apartment for all my weights. Keep up the great work and I look forward to reading more.
