  1. Great message. My only addition to the advice is consistency. Your efforts need to be consistent, not every now and then. No excuses people!

    This guy is legit and serious about what he does. I did not buy his system because I already have a bunch I never finished and I currently use 531 which is super simple and effective. I wish he had sold it for the standard “I am coming out with my eBook so it is on sale for” $49. Then I would have book it just for the read. $77 is a little stead for an eBook I will more then likely not directly use. But is anyone is on the fence and will use it I say go for it.

    Zach, will you please tell MANler to take that thing off the shelves (falic symbol?) …

  3. What a genuine guy. As he gets featured on couple of websites now I checked him out last night and he really has some crazy shiz going on. Super fun to watch.

    Nevertheless I’m too far gone to buy another “system”. Although I’m pretty sure his stuff is legit I’ll just go with my system. 😉

    Train hard, eat right – live epic.

    Todays workout:
    Usually I don’t train on weekends as this is pure family time.
    Today was a bit different. Took my crazy boy-crew and some of their friends to a local park. Equiped with shovels and water they attacked the nearest sandpit. As I had nothing to do except for watching them not go too crazy I attacked the nearby playground:

    Did 3 rounds of hanstandwalks, handstand pushups, pullup variations, differnt animal movements, jumping over benches and other obstacles and climbing over a wooden 3m wall as fast as possible. About 10reps per unit.
    Tons of fun and some really weird looks from mums and some grandmas.
