  1. “Find opportunities to make yourself better”.. Life isn’t perfect. Adapt/Overcome and look to IMPROVE every day!! Such a great message. Thanks for posting..

    1. Fitz, first thing Kolat said was he EXPECTED things to go wrong and he became an opportunist, he found opportunity in everything and became self sufficient.

I was also REALLY interested when he spoke about the type of kid they recruit to the team and the things that raise a red flag over who they don’t want on the team

      Loved that!

  2. Good Sunday morning Zach,

I can’t thank you enough for sharing this video. It comes at a great time, I’m in a situation where I’ll be battling for my job next week because of corporate restructuring. It’s content like this that helps get me fired up and focused. Greatly appreciated. May you and your family have a fantastic day!!

    1. Rob, see my response above to Mark, sounds like this is a perfect time for you to find an opportunity and see the opportunity in your favor!

  3. Zach,
Great video. Wrestled in jr. high and high with all losing seasons. Was a more successful rower/crew racer. Now, at 43, still see wrestling as my most formative sport. Thank you for reminding me why.

  4. This is good advice for life, not just wrestling.
