Underground Strength Show # 10 – Back to my Old Stomping Grounds

share

It's been a while, but what a breath of fresh air to see a REAL gym surviving and killing it.

Check it out...

I'm keeping my gym serious, DEAD SERIOUS!

Cry babies, whiners, annoying parents, quitters, no shows - I hate that shit.

Who's with me?!?!?! Let me know your thoughts in the comments.

P.S. - I want DEAD SERIOUS applicants for my upcoming Underground Strength Coach Certification on November 1st and 2nd. If you're not 1,000,000 % serious, don't even try. If you are ready to kill it, click the "Get Certified" Button at the top of the site!

  2. You know it brother! The smell of iron, the clunk of plates against each other and the chunky welds on old school gym equipment. That’s the shit. Zach, I walked home from work yesterday and could not resist doing Gironda style dips on some railing and then doing some pull ups on a soccer goal box near the park. One less wuss in San Marcos, Texas.

Man the gym where I train at is sooooooo not like that one!!! I wish to god that they had a gym like that where I live. That’s some real old school type shit right there. I haven’t seen some of those machine since like some old body building mags from back in the day. I can just picture myself losing my mind in a place like this

  4. Dude, that gym rocks!. Where I live if DFW there are only crappy globo gyms. So many crappy useless machines you can’t even move around. Do some burpees or any type of an oly lift and people just stare at you like your crazy. I do more in 30 minutes than most of them do in over an hour.
