Guns and roses…. Welcome to the jungle and Get in the ring. Infact most of the album Appitite for destruction
Ac DC particularly Thunderstruck
Every Schwarzenegger fan should add at least a few songs of this band to his “Workout Playlist” especially this one
Austrian Death Machine – I am a cybernetic organism… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Ghn7v303xc
“Get in the Chopper!” Great song!
and some more from my playlist:
Indestructible – Disturbed
Show your fist – Ektomorf
Linchpin – Fear Factory
Dogwash – Mustasch
Free – OSI
Whose fist is this anyway – Prong
Down – Sadus
good stuff – love the first three Metallica albums (still have my vinyl “kill’em all” from 1985! hahaha – man, i’m one ol’ basterd, …)!
one of my favorites for the last effort in training:
down – bury me in smoke

have a good one, …
To lift Heavy Metal you MUST listen to HEAVY METAL!
Trash is on my list of songs. I also like Dethklok, Amon Amarth, Hatebreed, but nothing gets me pumped up for a training session like the song Black Sabbath by Black Sabbath. “What is this that stands before me?” The haunting tri-tone with the lyrics that make you think about your demons. It is a song that causes you to think about your self doubt, and strengthens you to conquer.
Required listening first thing in the morning. If you have blood in your veins…get ready for the chill: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ioE_O7Lm0I4
Distributed – Droppin’ Plates
I’m surprised to see “Trust” on this list. I’ve never felt it to be one of their strong songs.
Give these a spin and see how they work out for ya.
Perseverance by Hatebreed
Bleed by Meshuggah
Combustion by Meshuggah.
These tunes never leave my workout play list.
Fuel is my song of choice by Metallica to lift to!
how bout the reign in blood album, angel of death is good for PR attempts
I like to mix it up a bit. There are a lot of songs by Three 6 Mafia that really get me going. DMX also has a lot of songs that really pump me up. But, I guess my top 5 would have to be
1) Brain Shooter (Thomas Trouble mix) by the Blutonium Boys
2) Heads Explode by Monster Magnet
3) Wake Up by the Clay People
4) Breathe by Static X
5) Touch It by Bustah Rhymes (there is like 8 or so remixes of it, for the most part they are all pretty good)
Some damn good options ZEE. I have Disturbed – Ten Thousand Fists as well as Indestrustible. But two that get a flogging and when they come on I just see red. Keith Urban – My better half. This song reminds of my wife. We have struggled and everytime it plays I just ramp things up. The other one is Garth Brooks – Standing outside the fire. No point standing out there waiting for sh!t to happen. Get in there and get it done!!!
Pantera- Walk
Marilyn Manson- Disposable Teens
Slipknot- Before I Forget
Wait and Bleed
Duality
A.K. Jane- The Warrior Song
*many PR’s have been broken to the sounds of Slayer*
